# Removal of bonds (information about previous connections) in the engineering menu

The problem may be in the surviving bonds (information about the previous connection with computers).Try to delete them.

To do this, on the computer in the Bluetooth settings, delete the pairing with the device, and on the Key the following:

\- press the button 9 times, the device will give a signal and after a second will light up with constant light  - this is the engineering menu mode

\- press the button 3 times. Bonds will be erased, the device will return to normal mode after that it will be possible to make a connection.    

Now you can add it in Hideez Safe and operate it normally.
