# How to import passwords from a CSV file?

Hideez Safe can import passwords from a CSV (comma-separated) file into Hideez\
Key-2.&#x20;

**Notice, that file should contain required fields:**\
Account name: name, account, title\
URL:  url, website, web site\
Login: username, loginname, login, user name, login name\
Password: password, pwd, pass\
**And optional field:**\
Otp secret: secret, otp

To import file click the icon\

&#x20;In the Password Manager. You will see the next window like below.

Among the found items, mark the necessary ones and click the \[Import] button.
